MASTER LEVEL: Global Marketing Plan
I have already done a report (Assignment 1) about a Global Marketing Opportunity Analysis and I need to expand my topic on a Global Marketing Plan (Assignment 4 – your task for this order).
My report for assignment 1 was NOT great and the tutor has written his feedback on it. A summary was then requested by the tutor to clarify some points in my report and I did not do great. So, I have attached both documents for assignment 1 (my report and the brief that are commented by the tutor), so that you can see what I have done and proceed with the same topic for ASSIGNMENT 4.
In general, my project was divided into two assignments 1 and 4 (2 & 3 were about another topic, ignore them). So, in order to do ASSIGNMENT 4, I needed to choose a Business and identify potential new global marketing expansion opportunities (my task for assignment 1). Based on my report for assignment 1, you need to read it and make a Global Marketing Plan while fixing (in this plan) the missing answers that my tutor has mentioned in assignment 1 (report and brief documents).

Assignment 4 requirements: YOUR TASK
All marketing programs commence with thorough situation analyses, i.e. evaluation of current marketing situation, and an understanding of the expansion opportunities that exist. Your assignment 1 task was to identify one viable global marketing expansion opportunity for a product/product line based on a situation analysis.
Drawing on the situation analysis for the global marketing expansion opportunity you have identified in assignment 1, your task now is to complete a comprehensive written Global Marketing Plan with particular focus on the discussion / justification of the global marketing strategies to be deployed.
A maximum 4000 words are allowed (excluding executive summary, table of contents, reference list and any appendices).
