Music – Describe what you are hearing
*No online references/sources are allowed outside of the given materials
*Only use the information from the pdf lecture, not information that you find on the internet.
For each of the 6 songs, write about half a page. (6 songs will give 3 full pages) Things to discuss include any musical characteristics you can hear, the context of the song, lyrics of the song, etc. Avoid vague descriptions such as “has a good beat” or “has a melody.” Try to be as objective – I’m not asking what you think about the music, but instead, I’m asking you to describe what you are hearing.
