I am Shaojie Wang, In class, professor separated us to three people in a group. And then I got first email, in the first email, I am employee. Other person(Madison Higley) in my group also got a email he is Employer. We began to negotiate, I ask for raise my salary, in the end I got $12,000 raise. In second round, I am a observer to observe other two students to negotiate. Shaobo is employer, Madison Higley is employee. In the third round, I am negotiated with Shaobo Li. I got email and I am employer in this round. He is employee, he planed is for a $10000, (I am not constrained in granting a raise of more than $4,000) in the article, but in order to keep him, I gave him $5000 raise.
