Social Disorganization
The Theory Critique Assignment is designed to (a) summarize the logic/content of a major theory about the causes and deviant behavior, and (b) provide an assessment of the overall predictive accuracy of the theory. You are to select one (1) theory discussed in class. The Theory Critique Assignment will consist of at least 1500 words (excluding title page, references, figures, illustrations, or other extraneous elements outside the main body of the paper). Students will format their paper using 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins,and double spacing. Please use at least 4 references (Wikipedia or blogs cannot be used as a reference). APA 7th edition guidelines are to be followed. The structure of the assignment must include the following mandatory headings:

2. Introduction
3. Analysis
4. Critique
5. Conclusion
6. References
Please Note** I have provided 3 references. The last reference about The Chicago School and Criminology has information about the disorganization but don’t focus on the Chicago School.
The 4th reference would come from a peer viewed reputable source that shares your same theory/critique about Social Disorganization.
