If you are a producer (importer, manufacturer, own-brander, re-conditioner, etc) then you are responsible for ensuring your products are safe and carry adequate instructions and warnings for consumers to use them safel You also have to go through some type of ‘conformity assessment procedure’, which is the means set out in the legislation by which the product is shown to be safe (such as by manufacturing to standards or being assessed by a third party). Quality is very important, most consumers see the quality without seeing the brand. Quality helps a company to have customer satisfaction in long run. Loyalty of customers is important to have because your able to balance profit and cost. Customers who’s satisfactions are met due to the quality of products offered can keep their loyalty and continue to buy your product in future.(Source 2)
