The legal research paper is due on July 28, 2020 via upload to the assignment in Canvas. It will be graded on the depth of legal research, clarity, logical thinking, legal arguments, and mechanics. If you are quoting from a case use quotation marks. Your paper will be automatically ran through plagiarism checking software.

Papers turned in after this date will be reduced by a full grade unless there are extenuating circumstances that are approved by the instructor.
